Regarding “Fetishes” being listed on the “No” category, here are some that I cannot draw or animate listed below:
Beastility, Necrophilia, Diaper, Incest, IRL, NTR, Noncon/Dubcon, Scat/Watersports, Vore and Underage
And as for why I included the movie animations in the "No" category, it becomes too complicated and hectic due to timing and I must consider the schedules of the VA's and sound designers when commissioning them. To sum it up, commissioning comics or GIF animations are the best alternatives. There will be an exception for commissioning a movie animation on a special occasion.
General Terms
All drawings and animations will include a subtle signature that you may NOT remove.
When the slots are full, please do not ask me to add you. Sign up ahead of time or until there’s another slot.
Payment
I only take payments through Cash App or PayPal. In addition regarding Paypal, I recommend that I would be the one to hand out invoices first. If you want to pay first, DO NOT ADD ANYTHING ON THE NOTES!
There would be other alternatives in the future but Cash App will be the main alternative if PayPal is either not your preferred method of paying me or if there's any problem with the payment surrounding PayPal.
The currency accepted is in USD.
Process
You will see the works in progress, and they will include my signature/watermark.
If anything comes up and results in slowing down the process, I will let you know asap.
I am able to work on my drawings and animations at any given time, except from Friday evening to Saturday evening.

Copyright and Usage Policy
Artist Terms:
I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
I retain all copyrights over the commissioned work.
I do not claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned work.
I will NOT profit further from the commission unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.
I will ask the customer in consideration of posting the commission online.
Customer Terms:
You may upload the commission on any website and social channels as long as I am credited.
You may not make profits from the commissioned piece for merchandising (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.).
You may not sell the commissioned artwork for NFTs or alter my art by using AI.
You must retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
You may not use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.
A commissioned license can be purchased at any point - contact the artist for more info.
The following, listed but not limited to, is considered copyright infringement when the customer:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially with the means to make money off it in any way.
Claiming the commissioned artwork or animation as your own
Removing my signature from the commissioned artwork or animation
Altering the artwork or animation without my consent
Customer Satisfaction
I will do everything I can to make my customers happy!
If you have a problem with anything in regard to the commissioned piece, please tell me right away so we can find a solution together.
I am willing to change some of my terms for you if you ask before I start on your commission.
